Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with patients with acute and chronic illnesses, specifically Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy patients in the inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessment of patients with acute health problems undergoing treatment including allogeneic and autologous stem cell transplants, CAR T-cell and bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) therapies.
  • Perform procedures required for disease evaluation and treatment such as: Punch skin biopsy, Bone marrow biopsies with/without conscious sedation, Lumbar puncture, and Intrathecal chemotherapy administration.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program (if Nurse Practitioner) or Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program (if Physician Assistant).
  • State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure, and active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (if Nurse Practitioner) or active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (if Physician Assistant).
  • Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
