Job Description

The Software Systems Test Engineer will be responsible for verifying Airgain solutions which integrate device hardware/firmware + cloud/platform software + connectivity service.

The role involves coordinating across all stakeholders to drive holistic solution verification necessary for high customer satisfaction while reinforcing Airgain's high-quality reputation.

  • This position requires planning and executing testing traceable to product and industry requirements.
  • The successful candidate will thrive in a lean/agile solution development environment.

Airgain's solutions are at the forefront of wireless connectivity offering opportunities to leverage industry experience in V&V (Verification & Validation).

This requires strong coordination and communication skills to succeed in our fast-paced innovative culture.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Systems Test with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: digital communications systems, data networking, vehicle communications integration, IOT.
  • Understanding of wireless systems & data protocols including LTE/5G cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, TCP/IPv4v6, PPP, FTP, VPN.
  • Experience using lab equipment: signal analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer.
  • Strong organization & verbal/written communication skills – desire to thrive in collaborative fast-paced innovation environment.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$90,000 per year, plus a target annual bonus.
