Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a Public Safety Software Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling our industry-leading computer-aided dispatch, records management, jail management, evidence management, analytics, and situational awareness solutions to new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Motorola's public safety software solutions to prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer/client relationships
  • Travel to customer sites to demonstrate software and provide presentations
  • Work with state and local officials on individual and multi-jurisdictional projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales/public safety experience or 6+ years of sales/public safety experience
  • Sales experience in a technical field, computer software industry, or government sales preferred
  • Ability to articulate and sell enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
