About the Role

SHP Management Corp is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facilities maintenance, operations, and security of multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience managing property operations and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and assistants
  • Perform annual unit inspections with site managers
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program
  • Manage inventory and purchase supplies and equipment
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have demonstrated supervisory experience. They must also be proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and other related skills. Additionally, they should be computer literate and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
