Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the functions of the Export FCL Coordinators.

The successful candidate will assist in preparing bills of lading, provide customers with tracking and on board information, ensure documentation accuracy, and handle customer service requests related to cargo transportation.

Key responsibilities include maintaining working relationships with export FCL coordinators, vendors, and steamship lines. Ensuring accurate and complete documentation is a must, including SSL-truckers bills of lading, documents for steamship lines, hazardous declarations, etc.

The ideal candidate should be bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with excellent communication skills to present information effectively to various stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
