The Role:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests. Your approachable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to providing delightful shopping experiences, will set the stage for memories that last a lifetime. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, ensuring seamless checkouts, and maintaining a clean and presentable environment, you'll contribute to elevating the overall guest experience.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities
  • Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standards
  • Sustain product availability
  • Report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
  • Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 6+ months of prior cash handling and retail experience
  • Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • Experience in a similar resort setting
  • Has a flexible schedule
  • Polished appearance and presentability
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Currently hold or be able to obtain a TAM Card
  • Bilingual
