Job Overview
Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Inpatient team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with high-acuity patients, providing evidence-based care and contributing to optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the treatment team to deliver comprehensive care to patients with Traumatic Brain Injuries, Wounds, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Gunshot Wounds, Falls, Psychiatric conditions, and other complex cases.
• Work with Trachs, Chest tubes, Wound vacs, multiple drains, and feeding tubes, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure effective patient management.
• Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, and adhere to safety protocols to create a safe and supportive environment.

Salary Information:
We estimate this role's salary to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on national averages for Registered Nurses in similar positions and locations.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• At least one year of inpatient hospital RN experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
