Job Title: Litigation Director - Portfolio ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Litigation Director to join our team at Securitas Inc. As a Litigation Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of litigation cases against the Company on a national basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee outside counsel handling litigation pending against the Company.
  • Attend arbitrations/mediations/court hearings/trials as necessary.
  • Manage the financial expenditures of litigation cases, including reserving and billing.
  • Perform financial analyses to ensure optimization of case outcome.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the CA bar.
  • Minimum of ten years of practice, preferably initially with a prominent national law firm before moving to an in-house position.
  • Prefer three (3) years of in-house experience.
  • Prefer first chair trial experience.
  • Experience working on matters of employment law and general liability law required.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in Westlake Village, California, and requires frequent travel on company business.
