Speech Therapy Assistant

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist Assistant to join a school district in Juno, Georgia. As a key member of the educational team, you will provide vital support to students with communication disorders.

- The caseload will be discussed during the interview, allowing for a tailored approach to meet the needs of the students and the school district.
- This role requires onsite work during the 2024-2025 school year.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments, ensuring the best possible outcomes for students.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure a cohesive approach to student care.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
- Attend meetings and provide regular reports on student progress, facilitating open communication among stakeholders.
- A valid Georgia State SLP License is required, along with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for growth and development.
