Position Overview
This Surgical Technologist role is an integral part of our medical team, providing surgical assistance to patients under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. With competitive wages and excellent benefits, including health, dental, paid time off, and generous retirement plans, this position offers a great work-life balance. Additionally, a $6,000 - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus may be available, depending on experience.

Job Summary
As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist the professional nursing staff in the execution of the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care for a specific group of patients. Your role will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program.
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technician is preferred but not required.
- Successful completion of the National Exam of Surgical Technicians is also desirable.
Work Schedule
The typical shift schedule for this position is varied, with 6:30am-7:00pm shifts, requiring 72 hours every 2 weeks. Occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call time may also be required.
Payscale Information
The hourly wage for this role starts at $23.25 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. This rate may vary based on qualifications and performance.
