About UsAs a Field Service Technician, you will provide mechanical repairs to air machines, washers, and dryers at customer and client locations within your assigned region. This role involves working independently and has a strong focus on problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air-vending machines.
- Performing routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
- Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process.
- Maintaining detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to pass pre-employment screening.
- Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
