About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Concierge Lounge Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Ensure all areas of the lounge are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with essentials.
  • Handle guest inquiries, respond to concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences, and tailoring services to meet their individual needs.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver seamless service and achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and exercise discretion when necessary.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel.
