Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Peak Rentals. This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong mechanical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for maintaining heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy equipment, including diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
  • Maintain and perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including inspections, lubrication, and cleaning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase overall performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Prior dealership experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
