Job Overview

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Lounge Manager to lead the operation of our luxurious club lounge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high levels of hospitality and service standards, and representing property management in resolving guest-related issues.

About The Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the club lounge, supervising staff, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the club lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure high levels of hospitality and service standards.
  • Represent property management in resolving guest-related issues and maintain positive relationships with guests.
  • Supervise staff, provide coaching and training, and ensure they meet or exceed all brand requirements.
  • Maintain working condition of club lounge equipment and order supplies as necessary.
  • Promote both Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or GED, and 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related professional area, orA 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, and 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related professional area.
