About This Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our National Branch Network team in Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. As a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and foster engagement among our diverse team members.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced leader who can effectively manage and develop a high-performing team of direct and indirect reports. Your role will involve coaching bankers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and leading the branch to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in banking or financial services, preferably with 4+ years of experience and 2+ years of leadership experience. Additionally, you must possess excellent analytical skills, be able to exercise independent judgment, and have a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • $45,989 - $81,176 per year salary range
