Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our amazing audio products to customers and promoting our home theater technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer and introduce our products to customers.
  • Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase sales in assigned stores.
  • Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs.
  • Assist and train store personnel to help them communicate our information with confidence.
  • Put our products in the spotlight by displaying them perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor.
  • Keep the momentum going by knocking out call reports the same day as your store visit.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus.
  • Be a star by bringing your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative.
  • Customer-focused by wowing them with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Show them what you know by presenting our product information confidently to individuals and groups.
  • Reliable ride by being able to commute to assigned Best Buy locations.
  • Physical stamina by being able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.
  • Tech-ready by having access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
