Biomedical Sciences Postdoctoral Research Fellow

We are seeking highly motivated postdoctoral researchers to join our interdisciplinary team in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and interactive environment, collaborating with faculty members and other postdoctoral fellows to advance our understanding of cellular, molecular, and integrative biology.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct independent research projects in the laboratory of a faculty member, focusing on the role of selected molecules on biological processes in vivo or in vitro.
- Develop and implement novel research approaches, including experimental design, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.
- Collaborate with faculty members and other postdoctoral fellows to advance our understanding of biomedical sciences.
- Present research findings at national and international conferences, and publish research results in peer-reviewed journals.
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field, such as biomedical sciences, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong background in molecular biology, cell biology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain a pre-employment background check.
- Experience in a research laboratory setting, with a strong track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
