We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Curaleaf.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to lead our store operations and customer experience initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention
  • Partner with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
