Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Component Finisher to join our team in Dublin, OH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating grinding and polishing machinery to finish automotive components.

• Operate grinding and polishing equipment to achieve high-quality finishes on automotive components.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of grinding and polishing equipment.
• Document and maintain records of production and quality inspections.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to address any quality issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in the products.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in grinding and polishing within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating grinding and polishing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Compensation and Benefits:
