Threat Tec, LLC, a rapidly growing Veteran-Owned Business, is the leader of Operational Environment (OE) replication and Threat Emulation/Wargaming solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Virginia Beach or Hampton office.
This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Contracts & Pricing and will be responsible for a myriad of contracting duties.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, negotiate, issue, and administer Nondisclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and other agreements consistent with government client requirements in accordance with company, FAR/DFARS/agency-specific procurement policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain contract files that comply with company policies and procedures, applicable public laws, and acquisition (FAR/agency-specific/DCAA/DCMA) requirements, and the requirements associated with an approved purchasing system.
- Create contractor solicitations, supports company proposals to include price and cost analysis and data calls.
- Ensure contracts/agreements contain all necessary terms/clauses/flow-down clauses contained within company's contract with company's customer that will enable company to comply with the obligations of its contract with its customer.
- Provide interpretation, guidance, and risk assessment to management on matters of contractual nature.
- Ensure compliance with internal contracting policies.
- Maintains status of all prime contract and subcontractor agreements to include signature status, contract value and funding, period of performance, information related to deliverables, and other key elements.
- Perform the activities needed to comply with small business engagement requirements, including those that will enable the company to obtain a favorable review thereof.
- Develop a working relationship with different business teams to stay on top of requirements through regular meetings, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Work daily with Program Managers, Project Controllers, and other program staff to administer and track contract actions.
- Bachelor's degree or additional years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years related government contract administration experience.
- Experience working with relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR and DFAR.
- Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, negotiation, research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior experience with Deltek CostPoint preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance if required.
