Traffic Control Specialist

Vector Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Traffic Control Flagger to join our team. As a key member of our construction support services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees and the public.
- Set up and maintain construction work zones to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate company trucks and equipment, including loading and unloading materials.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and daily inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to address any issues or concerns.
- Travel to various worksites throughout the Kansas City area to support our construction projects.
- 1-2 years of experience in traffic control or a related field.
- ATSSA Flagger certification.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and meet the demands of the job.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
