Job Overview

The Regent Aerospace Corporation is seeking an experienced Aviation Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our company's aerospace programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum

Responsibilities

This role will involve a range of responsibilities, including:

• Overseeing the development and implementation of our company's aerospace programs
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that all necessary resources are available to complete projects
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure that all projects are completed successfully

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A degree in aerospace engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in project management and leadership
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of aerospace systems and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
