Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to inform treatment plans.
- Establish and implement effective treatment plans with measurable goals for clients.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention methods and provide insight into the development of functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation according to policy.
- Master's Level Psychologist with a valid MA/MS in Psychology.
- Active LLP licensure in MI.
- Ability to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week.
- Ability to work evening sessions and Saturday appointments.
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations.
- Experience working with children or adolescents.
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills.
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
- Self-motivated and independent clinician.
- Able to build rapport with clients quickly.
