The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.

About the Job

This LPN role is available in various locations across Philadelphia, Warrington, Cheltenham, Chalfont, Blue Bell, and many more. You will work as part of a dynamic team, delivering patient-centered care and supporting the development of our clients. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as part-time and PRN opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' physical and emotional conditions to identify health issues and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care, manage medications, and address patient needs.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide basic life support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Currenct Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Currenct PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Currenct BLS card.
  • One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
