Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility in Connelly Springs, NC. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while working collaboratively with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement effective occupational therapy interventions to improve patient function and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and possess a current NC Occupational Therapy license. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
