Job Summary:

As a Phlebotomist III at ICONMA, you will play a vital role in the medical research process by collecting high-quality blood samples from patients. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that specimens are prepared for lab testing while maintaining a safe and professional environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the area supervisor to ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience required.
