Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN to join our team at Buckingham Senior Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also be responsible for conducting resident assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care provided to our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the community.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse license in Texas preferred.
  • One to three years related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
