CNC Machinist Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating both conventional and CNC machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts.
Job Responsibilities:- Set up and operate conventional and numerical control machines to fabricate parts, both metallic and nonmetallic.
- Follow process sheets, engineering part drawings, and process plans to select and install tooling, offsets, and fixtures.
- Perform first piece approval and use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet quality specifications.
- Report malfunctions or deviations in the machining process to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain high quality of work, including accurate counts and meeting production standards.
This position requires 5 years of experience in CNC machining. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of machine shop theory, procedures, and shop mathematics to ensure high-quality parts are produced to meet production and scheduling needs.
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED required.
- General knowledge of machining techniques and methods.
- Ability to interpret engineering part drawings and use precision measuring equipment.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and the ability to follow process sheets accurately.
The estimated weekly pay for this position is $24.50.
