Cybersecurity Consultant

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. This role will involve providing guidance and oversight of security concepts, performing security risk assessments and architecture reviews, and working with architecture design, software design, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in providing guidance and oversight of security concepts, as well as experience in securing a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, enterprise monitoring, and web and mobile application security is also required.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about securing modern computing platforms, has strong conceptual thinking and communication skills, and can work well under minimal supervision. The ability to maintain calmness and clarity of thought under pressure is essential.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $201,400 - $229,900 per year, depending on location. We are committed to providing a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and growth.
