Are you passionate about advancing the healthcare industry through precision medicine? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for laboratory work? We're seeking a skilled Histotechnologist to join our team at Tempus, a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality histology slides from tissue samples using advanced laboratory equipment
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and record maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment, adhering to strict safety protocols
  • Collaborate with our team of pathologists and laboratory professionals to ensure accurate and timely results
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for new instruments and products
  • Utilize microtome, water bath, automated stainer, and other specialized equipment to produce high-quality histology slides
Requirements:
  • HT or HTL Certification preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with Leica equipment, manual microtomes, and automated IHC staining instruments
  • Knowledge of CAP regulations and laboratory safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
