Job Overview

This contracted position offers a unique opportunity for individuals to make a positive impact in their community. As a shared living provider, you will be responsible for supporting an adult with autism or developmental disabilities in a home-like setting.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive tax-free stipend for your services, amounting to $125 per day. You will also receive additional payment for room and board. Our generous compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining qualified caregivers.

Responsibilities

Your primary role will involve developing a supportive relationship with the individual in your care. This may include assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, and creating a safe and comfortable living environment. We provide training and resources to ensure your success in this rewarding role.

Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A Direct Support Certification, CPR/First Aid Certification, and Shared Living Medication Course or CRMA are provided by Spurwink.
