The GMA Production Coordinator role is a vital part of our team, ensuring seamless operations coordination for both GMA and GMA3. This position works closely with all departments to manage administrative needs, including daily dressing room assignments, permit submission, catering, and other studio staff scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate guest logistics, including hair and makeup assignments, music performance paperwork, and liaison with security, IT, payroll, and facilities teams.
  • Collaborate with the production and booking teams to facilitate greenroom management and arrival/departure processes.
  • Utilize strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure timely communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in production, news, or a similar field.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, overnights, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Theatre and/or music industry background is beneficial.
  • Experience with Concur and INews is a plus.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

The estimated salary range for this position in New York, NY is $52,400 to $74,800 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. The actual base pay may vary depending on internal equity, geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be included in the compensation package, along with a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
