Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in a fast-paced hospital environment. As an ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Assist radiologists in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using imaging equipment such as X-ray machines, fluoroscopy units, and ultrasound devices.
- Position patients correctly for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and safe examination results.
- Operate imaging equipment, including CR/DR systems, CT scanners, and MRI machines, according to manufacturer guidelines and hospital protocols.
- Maintain patient records, update medical histories, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current MD Hospital license.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Active CPR certification and completion of continuing education courses.
