As our new Senior Dairy Alternatives Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing competencies in relevant dairy alternative areas and supporting internal Application and R&D teams. This position will be based in Milwaukee, WI, and relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead new product development projects in dairy alternatives
  • Provide technical leadership in collaboration projects with external partners and customers
  • Contribute to projects targeting enzyme-culture combinations within dairy alternatives
  • Develop sensory competency across plant-based dairy alternative segments
  • Manage daily tasks with technicians and prioritize tasks in our Application Technology Center

Requirements:
  • MSc or PhD in Biotechnology with experience in cultures and enzymes for plant-based dairy applications
  • Technical leadership in customer projects and business development to enable sales growth in the region
  • Established network with key ingredient suppliers in the region
  • Experience with setting targets, implementation of enzymes, strains, and cultures for improved taste, texture, shelf life, and health in dairy alternatives
