**Salary:** $100,000 - $155,000 annually, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes.

You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals, collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Your expertise will help educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies.

**Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Washington State SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Previous home health experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
