About the Role:

A Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. We're seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists with precision and poise.
  • Provide menus, answer questions, and ensure guests have a seamless experience.
  • Anticipate and exceed guests' expectations, delivering unparalleled service.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary and Beverage teams to maintain the highest standards of service.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a high-standard hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of catering operations and beverage practices is a plus.
