Mobile Health is growing, and we're seeking talented professionals to join our team.

This per diem position is for coverage at multiple locations in Queens and Brooklyn.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide occupational health services and education to clients based on their medical and psychosocial needs.

Services will be provided in accordance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations, as well as the client's Bill of Rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality occupational health care services to clients in accordance with professional standards and center policies.
  • Review medical histories of clients upon initial visit and as necessary.
  • Coordinate onsite medical care and interventions as needed.
  • Support the team, including Medical Assistants, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.
  • Participate in the center's performance improvement program.
  • Stay knowledgeable about occupational health policies and regulations.
  • Complete accurate and timely submission of clinical and professional records in the EMR.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Recognize, accept, and respect individuals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited program as a registered nurse with a Master's degree.
  • Established Collaborative Agreement.
  • Experience using EMR/EHR.
  • Licensed and registered as a Registered Nurse and Certified as an Adult, Family Nurse Practitioner by the New York State Education Department.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Good computer literacy skills with the ability to process automated health records accurately.
  • Must obtain a Medical Examiner Certification within 3 months of hire.

Hourly Rate: $65 - $75
