With annual revenues of approximately $30 million, they specialize in ground-up construction, big box retail, corporate office interiors, mixed-use shopping centers, and façade renovations.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned project manager to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on aviation hangar and warehouse developments. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing projects valued between $5-10 million, with some exceeding $20 million. Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end project management: handling budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
  • Aviation expertise: ensuring smooth operations on projects specific to aviation hangars and warehouse developments
  • Design-build collaboration: working closely with design and construction teams to execute design-build projects
  • Stakeholder communication: maintaining proactive communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong preference for candidates who have overseen aviation hangars, warehouses, and self-storage facilities
  • General contractor background: proven experience working for a general contractor; candidates with subcontractor experience will not be considered
  • Project value management: demonstrated ability to manage projects in the $5-10 million range, with experience managing larger projects up to and beyond $20 million being a plus
