Facilities Maintenance Associate

SBM Management Services is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and polishing metal and wood surfaces
  • Ensure waste removal and recycling are properly handled
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies

Requirements

  • Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required
  • Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required

Available Shifts: Sunday - Wednesday: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, 9:00 am - 7:30 pm, 7:00 pm - 5:30 am; Wednesday - Saturday: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, 9:00 am - 7:30 pm, 7:00 pm - 5:30 am. Compensation: $15.50 per hour.
