Job Overview

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen areas, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Operate and maintain the dish machine, wash and sanitize all dishware, and store clean items in a designated area.
  • Empty trashcans, wash and sanitize them, and maintain the cleanliness of the dock area and dumpster.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including cleaning tile walls, baseboards, and breakdown tables.
  • Assist with other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
