Delta Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Adult Primary Care team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Colorado. You will have a strong background in primary care and be able to work independently, making decisions and taking initiative to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services to adult patients, including health maintenance and health screening
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, such as x-rays and laboratory tests
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Colorado
  • Prescriptive authority
  • Three years of healthcare experience desired
  • Current BLS certification
