Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to our clients in Lake and Porter County. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role, knowledge of basic first aid procedures, and familiarity with systems for lifting and transferring clients safely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is respected

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures
- Familiarity with systems for lifting and transferring clients safely
- Experience in working with individuals with autism is a plus
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job

Benefits:
- $150 Bonus if you work for us for 3 months with no call-offs
- We also offer a Bonus if you refer someone
- Competitive salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
