Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgery Center Project Manager to join our team at Prime Healthcare Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and finalize surgery center projects as assigned, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Participate in strategy development and implementation for new surgery centers and existing centers experiencing physician growth or service line development.
  • Acquire resources and coordinate project team members and third-party contractors or consultants to meet project deadlines.
  • Design, plan, and coordinate work teams, providing support and guidance to project team members and monitoring progress and compliance with standards, specifications, and budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of ambulatory surgery center experience, including experience in a project management capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages and experience with the various stages of ASC acquisitions, inception to establishment of a new ASC, as well as physician and new service line development.
  • Ability to conduct research in support of ASC onboarding, compliance, licensing requirements, etc.
  • Highly proficient with computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and experience with creating financial and operational dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to travel to local, CA-based facilities up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree and knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, etc.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $85,009.60 to $108,243.20 on an annualized basis.
