Compelling Opportunity for Substance Use Disorder Professionals

Zepf Center, a leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Substance Use Disorder Recovery Specialist to join our Opiate Treatment Program.

We are committed to delivering individualized, trauma-informed, and client-centered therapy to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. As a vital member of our team, you will provide compassionate care, leveraging your expertise to support clients on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments, identifying client strengths and areas for growth to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, collaborating with clients to establish goal-oriented objectives.
  • Foster a supportive community through group counseling and stabilization groups, promoting healthy behavior change.
  • Prioritize crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients in need of urgent care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, accompanied by at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Preferred Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counseling.
  • Active licensure as LCDC III, LSW, LPC, LPCC, or LISW, with current Continuing Education compliance.
About the Position:
