Route Service Manager Role Overview

UniFirst is seeking a skilled Route Service Manager to lead a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
  • Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team performance in customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with location management to provide exceptional customer service and product programs
  • Negotiate customer contract renewals

Requirements:

  • Business savvy with a focus on innovative profit growth and customer satisfaction
  • Results-driven relationship manager with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer service situations
  • Strong computer proficiency and negotiation skills
  • High School Diploma or GED, bachelors degree preferred
