Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Courtesy Clerk at KTA Super Stores. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Bag groceries quickly and accurately, ensuring that all items are intact and customers are satisfied.
  • Assist customers with unloading items from shopping carts, retrieving shopping carts from parking and sidewalk areas, and maintaining cart availability.
  • Restock shelves, refill supplies, and perform other duties as assigned to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other duties as assigned.
