As a Delivery Driver - Store Services Representative at AutoZone, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe delivery of parts to and from our stores and commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, following all company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe driving environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide WOW Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and meets their expectations.
  • Follow Company Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all fleet and safety policies, as well as management direction.
  • Safely Deliver Parts: Comply with safe driving rules and procedures, ensuring parts are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
  • Maintain a Safe Driving Environment: Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.
  • Properly Maintain Vehicles: Complete Daily Vehicle Checklists and report any maintenance issues.
  • Load and Unload Parts: Safely load and unload parts from vehicles.
  • Process Returns: Process and restock returns from route deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Assist Customers: Assist DIY customers between deliveries by utilizing ZNET, maintaining product knowledge, and maintaining store appearance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required for this role.
  • Basic Knowledge of Automotive Parts: Essential for success in this position.
  • Excellent Communication and Decision-Making Skills: Critical for providing excellent customer service and making decisions on the road.
  • Ability to Lift, Load, and Deliver Merchandise: Must be able to perform these tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must meet AutoZone's driving requirements.
  • Age 21 or Older: Required for drivers.
