• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions, manage accounts, and perform other banking-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software applications.
