Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Leasing Consultant for our beautiful 119-unit community, Mode This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry.

Responsibilities
  • Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications, inputting data into computer systems.
  • Accompany prospects to model apartments, discussing size and layout of rooms, available facilities, services, and terms of lease.
  • Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork, completing lease forms or agreements, and collecting rental deposits and application fees.
  • Introduce residents to apartment procedures and promote positive, proactive resident relations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • One to three months of relevant experience and/or training; ability to work weekends is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits

As a regular full-time employee working between 30-40 hours a week, you will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits, and vacation accrual.

Estimated Salary
