We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at the Maine Medical Center. As an expert in medical imaging, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our comprehensive stroke certification program.

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for operating complex imaging equipment, such as Siemens technology, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and develop treatment plans
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements

Requirements:

  • ARRT RT (R) certification and BLS certification
  • 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or related field
  • Neuro experience, particularly in stroke and neuro interventions
  • Level 1 Trauma certification preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
